Refund Policy

Purchases on 10Exam are one-time payments for an exam pass, processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This page explains when a purchase qualifies for a refund and how to request one.

1. Eligibility

A purchase qualifies for a refund when both of the following are true:

  1. Your request is made within 7 days of your pass being activated. If you repurchased before an existing pass expired, the window starts when the new pass takes effect.
  2. You have completed fewer than 2 of the full-length practice tests included in your pass. Free tests and free drills never count against eligibility.

2. How to Request a Refund

Contact support from the email address on your 10Exam account — signed-in students can use the account support page, or reach us via Contact Us. Include the receipt email from Paddle if you have it; it helps us locate the order faster.

3. How Refunds Are Processed

Approved refunds are issued by Paddle to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. Your pass access ends as soon as the refund is processed, and your practice history and account remain intact.

4. When a Refund Is Not Available

  • The 7-day window has passed.
  • You have completed 2 or more of the full-length practice tests included in your pass.
  • The order was already refunded, or the pass was revoked following a payment dispute.

Requests outside these rules are reviewed case by case; contact support and we will look at your situation.

5. Questions
